Recent services

The objective of Taiwan Mycology Reference Center (TMRC) is surveillance the distribution of clinical yeasts in Taiwan and their susceptibility testing used by commonly anti-fungal agents, assistance in the diagnosis and prevention of fungal infections and improvement the quality of health life of people. The center provides information communication, laboratory services and related training courses and seminars.

  2. Identification of yeasts/molds
  3. Susceptibility testing used by commonly anti-fungal drug on yeasts/molds
  4. Aspergillus galactomannan antigen test
  5. DNA extraction of yeasts/molds
  6. Sequencing DNA fragments of yeasts/molds
  7. Animal experiments (mouse/zebrafish egg)
